- Cow or Goat Milk
Beauty experts suggest soaking 2 cotton balls in cold milk and applying them under the eyes. The milk will do wonders for the skin in the 15 minutes you will keep the cotton balls on your eyeballs before rinsing well.
The combination of oats and cold apple shreds in a thick paste makes for a great mixture that when placed for 15 minutes on the face, can do wonders for your skin and relax your muscles.
